Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Charge Nurse will play a crucial role in staff coordination, management of patient services, and facilitating communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead nursing staff to maintain consistent patient care standards.
• Act as a primary point of contact for nursing staff and coordinate assignments and patient care duties.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs, ensuring appropriate levels of care are provided.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care programs and protocols.
• Conduct staff training and mentoring, promoting professional development among team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Previous experience in a nursing leadership role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• IV certification is required.

Shift Details

This position typically involves evening shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM.
