COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)

Job Details:

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic healthcare environment. This position involves working in both Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Home Health settings.

Shift Information:

• Days: Monday through Friday
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible)
• Shift Length: 8 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Certifications: BLS Certification required
• New Graduates: Considered for this position
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Net Health and Home Care Home Base is preferred

Productivity Expectations:

• 87% productivity for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) work
• 95% productivity for Home Health work

• Therapy Supervisor will be onsite to provide guidance
• No supervisory responsibilities
• Flexible scheduling options available
