Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team. This position involves working with adult patients to assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring a day shift schedule for 5 days a week, consisting of 8-hour shifts from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to meet patients’ specific needs.
• Provide therapy to improve patients’ speech and language skills.
• Educate patients and their families about communication disorders and treatment strategies.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
