NICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a Level III NICU or higher, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including travel assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement evidence-based nursing interventions.
• Collaboration with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participate in on-call duties as required.
• Work weekends as part of the nursing rotation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of Level III NICU experience or higher.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, including travel assignments.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Schedule

This position requires night shifts with a standard schedule of 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, from 19:00 to 07:00. Flexibility in availability is essential.

Start Date

The successful candidate should be available to start within the next 3-5 weeks.
