X-Ray Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Shift Information

This position requires a day shift, working three 12-hour shifts from Friday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Rotational holidays will be observed as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray examinations as per the prescribed protocols.
• Prepare and maintain imaging equipment and ensure that all areas are clean and sterile.
• Provide excellent patient care by assisting patients before, during, and after imaging procedures.
• Ensure that images are of high quality and properly recorded for analysis.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.
• Work collaboratively with medical staff to deliver effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Certification as an X-Ray Technician or Radiologic Technologist.
• Current state licensure to practice as an X-Ray Technician.
• Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
