Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist to join our Blood Bank team. This role requires expertise in immunohematology and blood banking, with a focus on providing high-quality lab services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct blood and component testing to ensure accurate cross-matching and compatibility.
• Perform quality control and assurance procedures to maintain lab standards.
• Analyze test results and provide accurate documentation for patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient treatment plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment.
• Adhere to regulatory and safety standards in all laboratory practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Blood Bank is required.
• Current Florida license in hand.
• Certification in Immunohematology/Blood Bank is mandatory.
