Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care in the operating room environment, ensuring safety, and supporting surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of the operating room and sterile instruments.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and progress during surgery.
• Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean and safe surgical environment.

Shift Information

• Weekday scheduled shifts: 10 hours
• Weekday night call shifts: 8 hours (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Weekend scheduled and call shifts: 10/12 hours
• Up to 6 shifts of call and/or weekend scheduled shifts per 6-week schedule

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in the operating room.
