Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical unit. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Must be available to work weekends every other week.

Work Schedule

This is a day shift position, requiring three 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00. Note that there are no block schedules available.
