Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who possess Level II or III NICU experience and are committed to providing high-quality care to our smallest patients.

Schedule

This role is full-time, with a night shift schedule consisting of 4 twelve-hour shifts (18:45 – 07:00). Candidates must be available to work every other weekend. Start dates are available within the next 3-5 weeks, specifically on 11/30 or 12/21. We will consider both 36-hour and 48-hour work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to infants in the NICU.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate parents and family members on infant care and support.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in Level II or III NICU preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to work weekends.
