Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients according to established standards and nursing processes. This role involves supervising and directing various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams while utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Acute care facility experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required

Essential Functions

• Collects and analyzes relevant data pertaining to the patient’s health or situation.
• Develops a care plan that prescribes interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Implements the care plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
• Evaluates progress towards achieving patient outcomes.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver safe and compassionate care.
• Facilitates learning opportunities for patients, family members, and team members.
• Provides essential health information to patients and treatment teams.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and coordinates the responsibilities of the healthcare team.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
