Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established care standards and the nursing process.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, while coordinating care with other disciplines. This role requires critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in delivering high-quality patient care.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred
• Experience in an acute care facility – Preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice – Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – Required

Essential Functions

• Collect relevant data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
• Develop care plans that prescribe interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and promote health in a safe environment.
• Evaluate patient progress toward attaining outcomes.
• Identify patient outcomes and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Provide education and learning opportunities for patients and families.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties among healthcare team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
