Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a night shift role, working three 12-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience, particularly with EPIC systems, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an acute care setting.
• Utilize EPIC experience to manage patient records and care plans effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in patient status.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders and nursing standards.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor is required.
• BLS certification from an approved vendor is required.
• ACLS certification from an approved vendor is required.
• PALS certification from an approved vendor is required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification is required.

Additional Information

Holiday request time off will not be approved. The position requires night shifts and flexibility in scheduling to meet departmental needs.
