PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. This position requires candidates to have a strong background in cardiac drip management, including titration and monitoring, as this is a critical requirement for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a stepdown/PCU environment.
• Administer and manage cardiac drips, ensuring proper titration and observation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Float to telemedicine or medical-surgical floors when necessary, based on staffing needs.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure and certification.
• Prior experience in stepdown or progressive care units.
• Cardiac drip management experience is a must.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
• Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:4-5.

General Information
