LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night shifts. The role entails providing high-quality patient care in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient care based on individual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Conduct assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Shift Information

This position requires working night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a schedule of every other weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a LTC/SNF setting.
• Current BLS Certification is required.

Additional Notes

• Local travel may be required within an 80-mile radius.
• A fee will be assessed for not providing two weeks’ notice upon resignation.
