Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through the following duties:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and evaluations.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educating patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Assisting in diagnostic procedures and interpreting lab results.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

Applicants for the Registered Nurse position must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid nursing license in the applicable state.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

This position may require flexibility in scheduling, including potential weekend and holiday shifts. The Registered Nurse will play a critical role in patient care and will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to professional development and ongoing education in nursing practices.
