LTC/SNF RN

Job Details

This position is a Night Shift role, primarily focused on providing high-quality care in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) setting. The RN will work a 12-hour shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a commitment to work every other weekend and holiday.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.
• Current BLS certification is mandatory.

Additional Notes

• This position does not provide on-call or billable call back compensation.
• A $500 fee will be applicable for failure to provide a two-week notice before quitting.
