Pharmacist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and licensed Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective distribution of medications, providing high-quality patient care, and contributing to the overall success of the pharmacy operation.

Job Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications and ensure the accuracy and safety of all dispensed drugs.
• Provide expert advice and consultation to healthcare professionals and patients regarding drug therapies.
• Monitor patient medication therapies to ensure effectiveness and safety.
• Educate patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and interactions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of medication dispensing and patient interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience.
• Current Pharmacist license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or ARC.

Shift Information

This position is scheduled for 5 shifts of 8 hours each per week. Start times may vary between:

• Morning shifts starting at 7 AM or 8 AM
• Evening shifts starting at 1 PM or 3 PM
