LTC/SNF LPN

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Shift Information

• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Scheduled Days: Days
• Shift Time: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday

Guaranteed Hours

This position guarantees 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Current BLS Certification is required.

Additional Information

• Potential for additional hours between 24 to 36 hours, subject to availability.
• The start date for this role is as soon as possible.
• This position is intended to provide coverage until a permanent hire is made.

• Local placements are available within an 80-mile radius.
• No charge differential at applicable facilities.
• Out-of-pocket fees may apply if the clinician backs out or quits with less than a 14-day notice.
