Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The position offers a dynamic work environment with a well-equipped gym, featuring various therapy modalities and exercise equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and exercise techniques.

Facility Features

• Well-equipped gym including:
• Ultrasound
• Diathermy
• Hydrocollator
• E-stim machines
• Omnicycle
• VitalStim therapy equipment
• Wii for therapeutic exercises
• Stairs and parallel bars
• Mat table for various therapy needs
• Dedicated office space separate from the gym area.
• Outdoor storage available for wheelchairs.

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a rotation for weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with diverse patient populations is preferred.
