Summary

Join a dedicated healthcare team within a Skilled Nursing Facility, providing essential post-hospital, short-term, long-term, and respite care services. This facility features 181 beds, ensuring a supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Shift Information

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend rotation required
• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support patients in their recovery journey post-hospitalization.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote patient independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar environment.
