Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate professional to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• No weekend rotation
• 35 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on health management and rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care
