Job Description

We are seeking dedicated professionals for a Skilled Nursing position. The role requires working approximately 35 hours per week, within a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, with no weekend rotations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care and support to residents.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Participate in daily rounds and contribute to interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Assist with travel requirements, specifically providing support in multiple locations within the region.
