Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with neuro/ortho patients and those with complex medical conditions within an outpatient setting.

Assignment Details

• Assignment Length: 15 Weeks
• Start Date: Mid-Late October
• Shift: 4×10 or 5×8 Days – No Weekends
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year required
• First Time Travelers Accepted: Yes
• Certifications Required: BLS, AK PT License
• Weekend Requirement: Some Saturdays
• RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. All RTO must be included in submittal.

Unit Information

The Physical Therapist will work in a unit focused on treating a diverse population, including:

• Neuro and orthopedic patients
• Medically complex patients

Charting System

The facility utilizes Epic for charting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Must hold a valid AK PT License
• Current BLS certification is required
