Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our MedSurg/General Surgery unit for a 13-week contract. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses who are ready to contribute to a fast-paced clinical environment.

Contract Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 2-3 weeks from offer acceptance
• Shift Options: 3×12 or 4×12 hours, with a preference for 4×12 (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Weekend and Holiday Rotation: Required
• On-Call Rotation: Required
• Guaranteed Hours: One shift cancellation allowed every two weeks

Patient Care Details

• Patient Ratios: 1:6, occasionally 1:7
• Floating: Yes, may float within scope to meet facility needs

Qualifications

• Education: Active SC or Multi-State/Compact RN License
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted but less preferred
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred

• Scrub Color: Royal blue or white for RNs
• Hurricane Season Policy: All employees may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June – November)
