Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) setting. This role is crucial in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and medication use.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an LTC/SNF setting.
• BLS Certification required.

Shift and Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts, including every other weekend and holidays.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.

Additional Information

• Important info to review: local placements within an 80-mile radius.
• No on-call or callback hours required.
• A fee may apply if a clinician cancels or quits with less than a 14-day notice.
• If housing is provided, local rates will apply.
• Work week runs from Sunday through Saturday.
