This nurse plays a key role in observing patients’ physical conditions, providing basic nursing care, and assisting in early detection of potential health issues. General Observations Nurses work closely with doctors ,specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure that patients ’conditions are regularly assessed and managed effectively.
