Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

This position involves working in a blended Medsurg Unit that also supports a Swing Bed Program and occasionally provides care for patients at a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) level. We prioritize balanced assignments based on nursing workload and patient care levels.

Patient Care Ratios

• Medsurg: 1:5
• Swing Bed: 1:5-6
• PCU: 1:3-4 (dependent on patient care requirements)

Shift Details

The shift operates from 7 PM to 7 AM, with requirements to work every other holiday and every other weekend. There is no on-call duty associated with this position.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse License
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
