CNA/PCT – Med Surg

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician to join our team in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation environment. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and support to patients undergoing recovery from severe injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide support and assistance during therapeutic treatments and rehabilitation exercises.

• Document patient care and observations accurately.

Qualifications

• Completion of a nursing assistant training program and certification as a CNA.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in rehabilitation or med-surg.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
