Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in diverse healthcare settings and a strong passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy to patients in various care units, including willingness to float to the NICU as needed.
• Administer treatments and therapies to improve respiratory function and comfort.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of therapies provided.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy.
• Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
• CPR/BLS certification required; additional certifications may be preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
