Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Information:

The Operating Room Registered Nurse will provide specialized nursing care in a dynamic surgical environment. This position requires a strong ability to navigate multiple computer systems and maintain high-quality patient care during surgeries.

Shift Details:

• Shift: Days, 4×10 (Hours are variable depending on scheduled surgeries)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Weekend Hours: As needed
• Call Requirements: Rotation per unit

Qualifications:

• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an operating room setting
• Must Have Skills: Proven experience in robotic, laparoscopic, microsurgery, and neurosurgery
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work effectively in a team setting while also being able to independently manage responsibilities

• Type of Patients: Surgical patients requiring specialized care in the operating room

Dress Code:

The facility will provide black scrubs specifically for use in the operating room. Any unacceptable attire is not specified but must adhere to professional standards.
