Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our inpatient rehabilitation environment, focused on providing comprehensive care to individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with a range of rehabilitation needs, including but not limited to stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure the comfort of patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and health management.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid LPN license.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a rehabilitation or similar clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
