Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Rehab Unit. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Float to Med-Surg Units in nearby locations when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Valid Arizona RN License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is required.

Work Schedule

This position operates on a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Additional Information

Guaranteed hours are 36 per week. The RN may be required to float to sister facilities, including Med-Surg Units, as needed.
