Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift Information

This position offers a 12-hour shift from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality care during labor and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-risk obstetrics and be capable of handling complex situations in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent nursing experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field.
• Five (5) or more years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery (must have occurred within the last two years).
• One (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two years.
• Experience in High-Risk OB is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

The candidate must be capable of demonstrating effective communication, critical thinking, and clinical skills essential for providing exceptional nursing care.

Qualifications Assessment

All candidates must possess the required licenses and certifications, including Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
