Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Med-Surg and pediatrics to join our team. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a collaborative spirit in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Work Schedule

The role involves a day shift schedule with a work pattern of five shifts one week and two shifts the following week. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in a Med-Surg setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and care provided.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and health maintenance.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in pediatric nursing is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) are mandatory at the time of application.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Capable of functioning effectively in a fast-paced setting.
