We are currently seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation team. This role involves providing therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions, primarily focusing on neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation.

• Required Certifications: PT license
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year preferred

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 37
• Census Range: 15-24 patients
• Patient Ratios: 4 teams
• Equipment: Solo Step, Lite Gait
• EHR: Cerner
• Patient Population: CVA, brain injury, spinal stenosis, spinal cord injury (SCI), cardiac conditions, lower extremity amputation

Hiring Profile

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Experience in rehabilitation services with adults
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Knowledge in treating neurological and orthopedic conditions
• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: CVA, brain injury, spinal stenosis, SCI, cardiac, lower extremity amputation
