Role Summary

An Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs to help patients regain and enhance the ability to perform daily activities. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ functional abilities and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results and individual patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to facilitate patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process and strategies for improved daily functioning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant field.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
