Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a travel basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring physical function and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation strategies and self-management techniques.
• Adhere to hospital policies, state and federal regulatory licensing, and accrediting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current California Physical Therapy license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA upon hire, and maintenance of current status.
• Must possess acute care experience.
• Previous experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.

Work Schedule

The Physical Therapist position typically consists of a 4×10 work schedule.
