Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan and conduct segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and enhancing physical, social, and mental functions. This role will involve collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patient groups.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting patient evaluations to ensure quality standards and addressing any assessment areas that need improvement.
• Utilizing appropriate clinical techniques and tools to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Providing therapy interventions using established treatment protocols and techniques.
• Creating individualized care and discharge plans while ensuring communication with relevant parties.
• Completing comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Supervising assigned assistants and coordinating their activities.
• Performing additional job-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required; foreign equivalent acceptable if obtained license on or after January 2016.
• Two years of experience in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.

Organizational Requirements
