Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver coordinated nursing care to patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. This role involves supervising and directing the activities of various levels of nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines using critical thinking and professional judgment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients or assigned groups of patients.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment in clinical decision-making.
• Participate in call rotation, providing support 2 days a week and 1-2 weekends per month.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, particularly in an acute care facility.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Advanced certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) is required.
• Experience with EPIC and in the Cath Lab, including structural heart, vascular, diagnostic, Impella, ECMO, and emergent catheterization cases, is essential.
