Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) with strong orthopedic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in general surgery as a secondary specialty.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Operating Room environment.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patients throughout the surgical process.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Shift Information

• Shifts: 5×8 hours
• Start Times: 06:45, 09:00, 11:00, 14:45
• Weekend Requirements: As needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of strong Operating Room experience required.
• Must have orthopedic experience.
• Current BLS certification required.
• No first-time candidates will be accepted.
• Locals and pending licenses are accepted.

Additional Details

• On-call may be required, only as needed.
• Floating within scope may be necessary to meet facility needs.
• Open to accommodating block schedules.
• RTO restrictions limited to 5 days.
• Guaranteed hours: There may be cancellations up to 3 shifts without penalty.
