Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with radiologists and other medical staff to perform a variety of imaging procedures and assist with minimally invasive minimally invasive interventional procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort.
• Assist physicians during procedures by providing necessary support and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure high-quality imaging results for diagnostic purposes.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and reactions throughout the procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
• Experience in interventional radiology preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards in radiologic practices.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Schedule

This position offers a day shift schedule, working five 8-hour shifts from 07:00 to 16:00.

Additional Information

This role does not include block scheduling and involvement in on-call duties.
