Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Labor and Delivery. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing high-quality care to patients during labor and delivery processes.

Position Information

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Specialty: Labor and Birth
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: Nights, 3×12 hours (1900-0700)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: As required by the facility
• Call Requirements: None

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 15 labor beds, 7 antepartum, and 4 pre/postpartum
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 2:1 (estimates, not guarantees)
• Equipment: External fetal monitoring
• EMR: EPIC

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: BLS, C-EFM, NRP
• Years of Experience: 2+ years in labor and delivery
• Preferred Skills/Experience: ACLS, PALS
• Float Requirements: May be required to float to postpartum unit
