ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hybrid ICU unit. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients while also being prepared to float to telemetry and medical-surgical pods as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a hybrid ICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and respond effectively to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Rotate through telemetry and medical-surgical pods as required to meet patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the electronic health record system.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in an ICU setting.
• Proficiency in using Cerner electronic health record systems.
• Ability to float to various units and locations as necessary.

Work Schedule

This position requires working nights, with shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
