Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess current certifications and licenses and be ready to provide excellent respiratory care across various facilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and evaluate patient progress.
• Communicate effectively with medical staff regarding patient care and therapy outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of respiratory care provided.
• Assist with training and orientation of new staff members as required.
• Adapt care and treatments based on the specific needs of patients in different settings.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as an RRT.
• Current RRT license in Ohio is required.
• National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be in hand at the time of application.

Schedule Requirements

This position will require night shifts, specifically three 12-hour shifts. Flexibility to work on weekends and the ability to float to multiple locations within the region may be necessary.
