Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Physical Therapist Assistant. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled professional to provide essential rehabilitation services in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment.

Job Details

• Number of Positions: 1
• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour days
• Facility Setting: LTACH
• Floating Requirement: No

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in improving their mobility and overall physical function.
• Implement treatment plans as developed by licensed physical therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and management of conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided in the EMR system.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state.
• One or more years of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to uphold the highest standards of patient care.
