Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a first-time traveler, as our supportive environment values the contributions of traveling staff members.

Responsibilities

• Administer 6 infusions plus 1-2 port draws daily.
• Utilize Alaris Infusion Pumps and CADD Ambulatory Pumps effectively.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and maintain a positive team environment.
• Ensure proper patient care and safety during infusion therapies.

Qualifications

• Must possess previous oncology/infusion outpatient experience.
• Must be Oncology Certified (ONCC or ONS).
• Familiarity with EPIC system preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is required.

Shift Details

This position is for the Day shift with 5×8 hour shifts. Possible shift times include:

• 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Additional Information

• No weekend shifts required.
• No on-call duties involved.
• Local candidates are welcome to apply.

• 40 hours guaranteed per week.
