IMCU/Step Down Registered Nurse (RN)

• Floating Between Units: Yes
• On-Call Required: No
• Weekend Requirements: Yes, 6 shifts per schedule period
• Block Schedules: No
• Expected Patient Ratios: 1:4
• Special Requirements: Experience with cardiac drips, post-cath lab procedural care, tracheostomy, and ventilation.
• Approved Hours: 48 hours

Department Uniform/Dress Code

• Licensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN) are required to wear solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire. Scrub tops may feature colored piping, but print tops are not allowed.
• Unlicensed personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT) must wear solid hunter green uniforms or scrub attire, with similar restrictions on print tops.

Shift Information

• Shift Pattern: Day shifts, 3×12-Hour (07:00 – 19:00)
