Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This position plays a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to critically ill patients within the intensive care unit.

Shift Information

• Type: Night Shift
• Schedule: 3×12-Hour Shifts (19:00 – 07:00)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, updating care plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Document all nursing assessments and interventions accurately in patient records.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in an ICU setting is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
