Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient setting. This role requires collaboration with physical therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients recovering from various conditions, primarily focusing on orthopedic cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide direct patient care, including exercises and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments under the direction of the supervising physical therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for all patients.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• A minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient setting.
• Orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Schedule

This position follows a day shift schedule of 5×8-hours, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering a consistent work routine for optimal work-life balance.
