Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate’s degree in nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
